Swap just one drink per day

February is American Heart Month. According to the CDC, diets high in trans-fat, saturated fat, and added sugar increase the risk factor for heart disease. One easy way to decrease the amount of sugar you consume on a daily basis is to replace one sugar-sweetened beverage with bottled water.
